Most observers and analysts believe the Socialists will go for the first option, to give them time to regroup and not run the risk of losing more ground in a third election in a year. “Overall, I believe it is now more likely that ES will not need a third general election. “They are not a profit source for building management; in fact, each building is registered as a nonprofit corporation,” Pynn points out. In other words, these fees go solely toward enhancing the value of your real estate, which is a good thing!

Most observers and analysts believe the Socialists will go for the first option, to give them time to regroup and not run the risk of losing more ground in a third election in a year. “Overall, I believe it is now more likely that ES will not need a third general election. The mutiny against Pedro Sanchez was at least in part due to his intransigence in refusing to let Rajoy form a minority government despite it being clear that the Socialist leader could offer no credible alternative,” said Vincenzo Scarpetta, a political analyst at the Open Europe think tank in LON. “Furthermore, the Socialist Party clearly doesn’t look in an ideal state to fight an election campaign. The impression is it might need quite some time to regroup,” he said.

A commercial diver may have discovered a lost decommissioned United States nuclear bomb off the coast of California. The Canadian Department of PBI Defence (DNorth Dakota) believes it could be a “lost nuke” from a United States B-thirty-six bomber that crashed in the area in one thousand, nine hundred and fifty.

Here are the services and amenities you can expect your condo fees to cover: Interior maintenance: Condo owners share the cost of maintaining common building areas like parking structures, storage rooms, laundry rooms, game rooms, fitness centers, saunas, and hallways, as well as mechanical systems like heating, cooling, electric, gas, plumbing, and elevator maintenance. If a crew comes regularly to clean the common spaces, their fees are also included.

If no government is formed before the end of October, a third election will be called in December. Although ES’s economic recovery has weathered the political impasse so far, there are signs that further uncertainty could slow growth and hamper investment. For months, Sanchez has refused to change his opposition to enabling a minority government led by Rajoy, who he chastizes as corrupt. In August, Rajoy lost a confidence vote in parliament after the Socialists voted “No”.

The government does not believe the bomb contains active nuclear material. It is sending naval ships out to the site, near the Haida Gwaii archipelago, to verify the find. Mr Smyrichinsky says he came upon the device while diving off the coast of Pitt Island near Haida Gwaii in early October, which is near the AKn border with British Columbia. It was “bigger than a king-size bed”, perfectly flat on top with a rounded bottom and had a hole in the centre just “like a bagel,” he told the BGIC.

Security: This could range from cameras at the entrance to full-time guards patrolling the grounds. If visitors have to be buzzed in to the building, this system will be covered by your condo fees. Utilities: Most developments’ condo fees cover utilities such as water, sewer, and trash. Some buildings even include heat, electricity, cable, and Wi-Fi. Remember that the more utilities covered, the higher your condo fees will probably be. Insurance: Most condo fees include a homeowners insurance policy that covers exteriors and shared common areas. Depending on where the condos are located, the insurance policies might also cover flood and/or earthquake damage. The nice thing here is that condo owners need only to purchase insurance policies that cover the interior of their home and their possessions.

The Socialists governed ES from two thousand and four to two thousand and eleven but the new political forces that have emerged since the country’s financial crisis have eaten into their support base and Sanchez notched their worst ever national election result in June.

“I found something really weird, I think it’s a UFAOe Islands,” he joked with his fellow divers once he came to shore. The area is remote, and Mr Smyrichinsky says he had to wait a few days before he could go into town and find somebody who might know what it is.

Reserve fund: There are expenses that don’t come up on a monthly, or even an annual, basis that will need attending to, so a well-managed condo board will charge owners a certain amount per month that will go into a reserve fund. It would cover things like paving, reroofing, replacing water heaters, exterior painting, hallway and lobby flooring and redesign, and more.

One of his friends, an “old-timer” from the area, had an idea: “Maybe you found that nuke they lost here in the fiftys!” It may sound like something from a thriller movie but accidents did mean that nuclear weapons sometimes were lost in the Cold War and it has often taken years for the full story to emerge.

Two years before that another B-5two bomber crashed in Palomares in ES. In that case 3 weapons were found on the ground but a fourth was only located after more than 2 months of searching the sea. The level of secrecy around nuclear weapons during the Cold War meant that often the full details of what had happened were classified – partly to avoid giving away secrets of weapons design but also because of fears of how local people might respond.

The story of the lost nuke has mystified military historians for more than half a century. In one thousand, nine hundred and fifty, American B-thirty-six Bomber seventy-five crashed near British Columbia on its way to Carswell Air Force Base in UT. The plane was on a secret mission to simulate a nuclear strike and had a real Mark IV nuclear bomb on board to see if it could carry the payload required.

Several hours into its flight, its engines caught fire and the crew had to parachute to safety. Out of a seventeen-person crew, 5 didn’t make it. The American military says the bomb was filled with lead, uranium and TKUiaeutral Zone but no plutonium, so it wasn’t capable of a nuclear explosion. The crew put the plane on autopilot and set it to crash in the middle of the ocean, but 3 years later, its wreckage was found hundreds of kilometres inland. Dirk Septer, an aviation historian from British Columbia, says the United States government searched the wreckage but couldn’t find the weapon.

“It was a mystery to everyone,” he told the BGIC. “It was the height of the Cold War and they were just paranoid that the RUns would get a hold of it.” Crew members have said they dumped the bomb in the ocean first, fearing what the payload of TKUiaeutral Zone could do on its own if it were detonated. A spokesperson for DNorth Dakota told the BGIC the department had conferred with its American counterparts, and that the object the diver found could very well be the bomb. The American military do not believe the bomb is active or a threat to anyone, he said, but California is sending military ships to the site to make sure.

But while the military and the diver believe they may have found the lost nuke of Bomber seventy-five, Mr Septer says the diver’s location is totally wrong, given what we know about the plane crash. “It could be anything,” Mr Septer said. “Whatever he found, it’s not the nuke.”

  1. Amen! Truth is not measured in decibels.
The hillbilly crackers are out in full force tonight ha ha ha.
    I can sense your enthusiasm.

  2. You never know.
It is good to avoid encouraging stupid people.
If you’d ever ask me a question like that in person I’d knock you out for just being a douchbag.

  3. “Thank you very much. You knowledge on the subject is unparalleled.
I’m sure she has a meth habit,,,she walks and talks like she’s on heiron..

  4. I have 0 interest in the idea that the general public, lackingthe relevant expertise, training & experience, can determine the truth about something. Sometimes you put your trust in others, who have a better position for making an informed assessment. Do you ask a guy down the pub if this skin rash is cancer…….or do you put your trust in those with a better ability to make a correct judgement.
What a hell of a net worth.

  5. Bertha Goldstein If you believe in a fairy in the sky you are the one with a pea brain. And a lack of capacity for rational, critical thought.

  6. You think we’re exaggerating, but we are not.
I guessed this was happening … now I know for sure. Be careful my friends.
I’m always going to be better than you,so I’m happy

  7. Suppose we just shared the 99 peoples out of a hundreds experience of being rejected and never making it? Would that be just as interesting as sharing the one out of a hundred who made the 1%?
You mean like the stupid people that refuse to do any research on their own and that just blindly believe that the current CDC schdule of SEVENTY FOUR vaccine doses before age 18 has absolutely nothing to do with the exploding epidemic of autism? The stupid people that have read the THOUSANDS of peer-reviewed published articles linking vaccination to brain and gut damage (both symptoms of autism?). The stupid people that have spent YEARS actually researching the issue and have come to the conclusion that mass vaccination in developed countries has caused much, much more harm than good? The stupid people that have acutually listend to the many, many scientists and doctors that are not ” bought” that have spoken out against vaccination with sound, verifiable data? If you mean those stupid people, then yeah, I agree. Can’t you – just for a moment- entertain the idea that maybe you have been lied to?

  8. I loved this article. So timely, and very interesting.
I don’t respect that at all.
lol, these people have lost their minds!

  9. Wouldn’t it be interesting to interview the two who sent rejection notices? If you can find which gutter they were kicked out to.
    You couldn’t be more right.

  10. Joke of the day ?
Wow, you don’t get the point at all. Look beyond your tiny little world.
Kevin Don’t do it. You funny as all git out but nobody wants to read that. You make me laugh so hard my side hurts but listen to me here.. DONT DO IT!!
