Tuesday saw twelve Republicans and all Democratic members of the House oppose the bill, which passed by two hundred and twenty-seven votes to two hundred and three, to loud cheers and applause from Republicans in the chamber. This is their money after all!” However, the House will have to vote again on Wednesday morning for procedural reasons, ahead of the planned signing into law of the bill by Mr Trump.

The United Nations had no immediate comment on Friday’s lunch. The US is the biggest U.N. contributor, providing twenty-two percent of the $five.four billion biennial core budget and twenty-eight.five percent of its $seven.three billion peacekeeping budget. These assessed contributions are agreed by the one9three-member General Assembly. Ultimately the U.S. Congress will decide how much money is available for U.N. Republicans, who control both houses, and Democrats have said they do not support drastic cuts proposed by the president, who has called the U.S.N. budget unfair.

Aside from the tax changes that will affect most Americans, Republicans have been eager to prove they can govern after their attempts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act collapsed during the summer. The tax bill continues the party’s attempts to dismantle the two0one0 law known as Obamacare by scrapping a fine it imposes on Americans who do not buy health insurance. With an eye on next year’s mid-term elections, Democrats argue that the tax package will further expand the United States income gap between rich and poor.

  1. That is not a very intelligible comment. Do try to think of why these things might actually be different.
The problem with saying something is “debunked by ‘leading’ scientists” is that you can turn around and find just as many scientists who take the opposite side in this debate. Like the global warming/climate change issue, this is not settled debate, and there are just as many who have good points on both sides of the issue. I understand that people do not like the opposing sides in these debates, but it is not fair to allow only one side to be heard until scientists can prove CONCLUSIVELY that vaccinations are a good thing without any dangerous side effects, or that climate change is caused to a large degree by man, and has a man-made basis. All points of view should be shared equally so people can make their own minds for themselves.
Kevin Don’t do it. You funny as all git out but nobody wants to read that. You make me laugh so hard my side hurts but listen to me here.. DONT DO IT!!

  2. It’s a modern day book burning. Yes, yes, I know they feel they are the ones that are right and feel it’s justified in this case, so it’s ok.

  3. You are just making yourself sound more and more dumb.
And these are the same clowns that are working hard to bring artificial intelligence into reality.
And when Indigenous Peoples tell you you’re interfering in their ability to reclaim important elements of their culture which have been appropriated, misrepresented, and sometimes destroyed by the West, you dig in your heels and try, try again.
