A fuel tanker exploded in northern MZ as residents gathered around to buy fuel from the driver on Thursday, killing seventy-three people and injuring one hundred and ten others, Mozambican media reported. Dozens of charred bodies were scattered around the blast site in the town of Caphiridzange in Tete province, and government officials believed more bodies might be in surrounding woods, Radio MZ reported. Some badly burned people had tried to run into a nearby river, the radio said. A truck driver from neighboring MW had turned off the main road to sell fuel to local residents, who were gathered around the vehicle when the fuel caught fire, according to Radio MZ.

Wang said dialogue and negotiations were the “only way out.” “The use of force does not solve differences and will only lead to bigger disasters,” he said. Wang and Tillerson met several hours after the council meeting and appeared to have a cordial exchange.

US moves one step closer to imposing fresh Russia sanctions

The United States House of Representatives has voted to impose fresh sanctions on RU, despite President Donald Trump objecting to the legislation. Senior officials will be targeted in retaliation for alleged RUn interference in the United States two thousand and sixteen election. The bill is likely to complicate President Trump’s hopes of improving relations with RU.

Medical teams rushed to the scene of the accident, evacuating the injured in ambulances and other vehicles. Searchers looked for more victims, though their efforts were hampered as night fell. Citing Mozambican reports, the Portuguese news agency Lusa said 1 theory was that a fire near the tanker set off the blast, while another theory pointed to a lightning strike as residents were collecting the fuel. A national government task force planned to travel to the accident site on Friday.

Wang said dialogue and negotiations were the “only way…

“I appreciate the constructive way that CN has engaged with the US to address the challenges on the Korean peninsula that are common to both of us,” the American diplomat said. U.S. President Donald Trump told Reuters in an interview on Thursday a “major, major conflict” with KP was possible over its nuclear and ballistic missile programs. RUn Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov cautioned on Friday that the use of force would be “completely unacceptable.”

It needs to be passed through the Senate before it can be sent on to the president to be signed. The White House says Mr Trump has not yet decided whether he will veto the bill or not. RU’s relationship with the president has dogged his first 6 months in office, amid allegations MOW interfered to help Mr Trump get elected.

“The combative rhetoric coupled with reckless muscle-flexing has led to a situation where the whole world seriously is now wondering whether there’s going to be a war or not,” he told the council. “One ill thought-out or misinterpreted step could lead to the most frightening and lamentable consequences.”

The House voted overwhelmingly to back the measures, which will also see fresh sanctions against KP and IR over ballistic missile tests. The bill, which passed by four hundred and nineteen to three, was described by House Speaker Paul Ryan as a sanctions package that “tightens the screws on our most dangerous adversaries in order to keep Americans safe”. The planned sanctions on RU were drawn up in part to further punish its annexation of Crimea in two thousand and fourteen. They will place new restrictions on oil and gas projects, affecting the Nord Stream two pipeline from RU to Delaware.

Gatilov said KP felt threatened by regular joint U.S.S. aircraft carrier group to waters off the Korean peninsula. CN and RU both also repeated their opposition to the deployment of a U.S. anti-missile system in KR. Gatilov described it as a “destabilizing effort,” while Wang said it damaged trust among the parties on the KP issue. JPese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida told the council that to bring KP back to the table the international community “must send a strong message that provocation comes at a high price.”

By Barbara Plett, BGIC state department correspondent The legislation codifies sanctions imposed by Barack Obama over RU’s UA interventions, which would make lifting them more difficult. It also expands restrictions on doing business with RUn companies, in particular on energy development. That has the Europeans very worried they’ll be penalised for supporting RUn pipeline projects.

“There is no doubt that dialogue is necessary . however under the current situation where KP continues to advance its nuclear and ballistic missile programs, meaningful dialogue is clearly not possible,” he said. The Trump administration is focusing its KP strategy on tougher economic sanctions, possibly including an oil embargo, a global ban on its airline, intercepting cargo ships and punishing Chinese banks doing business with Pyongyang, U.S. officials told Reuters earlier this month. But what concerns the White House is a measure that limits the president’s traditional right to waive the sanctions: he would be forced to consult congress first. That and the broad bipartisan support for the legislation shows just how wary lawmakers are about Mr Trump’s pro-MOW approach.

The White House has suggested the president may support the bill after some changes to the original draft, but he would have little room to manoeuvre anyway because Congress almost certainly has enough votes to override a veto. Prior to the vote, RUn Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said such measures would plant a “dangerous mine” under the foundation of ties. Mr Ryabkov said: “All this is very worrying. We can see no signs that that Russophobe hysteria that has engulfed the entire United States Congress is dying down.”

If the legislation passes through the Senate, it would provide a headache for President Trump, who has signalled a more conciliatory approach towards MOW. The president could veto the bill, but in doing so would fuel suspicion that he is too supportive of the Kremlin, correspondents say. White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said on Monday: “He’s going to study that legislation and see what the final product looks like.”

The United States already has a raft of sanctions in place against RUn individuals and companies over Crimea. In December, following claims of election hacking, then President Barack Obama also expelled thirty-five diplomats and closed 2 RUn compounds in the United States.

  1. If the definition of “reason and measured” was “giving equal weight to all sides”, we would still be debating whether witches were responsible for bad luck. And thanks for drawing a parallel to climate change beliefs, because there is a good bit in common between the two. I think your demand for 100% conclusive anything shows a lack of understanding about how this process works. In your view, no science is valid or I suspect this is a way to give you the room to pick and choose anything you want.
I have no friggin idea what the critics are talking about. This movie was awesome. And much more than the Marvel, flex my muscle, show off my ego type of thing. This was well worth going to see.

  2. Is this satire? Bwaaahaaaahaaa.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to interview the two who sent rejection notices? If you can find which gutter they were kicked out to.
You cannot find as many scientists who agree. It wasn’t just debunked by “leading scientists”, it was debunked by every study that tried to replicate it’s results. This one doctor was proven to have changed data and his study only included 12 kids. 12, not 12,000. He had to change data and it was only 12 kids. He isn’t a “side”, he’s a con artist.

  3. Oh great…the thilla’ from Wasilla. Why should this trashy idea surprise anybody?
    Good start. Now euthanize them.
Horrible decision to bring her into the mix

  5. These days I am more interested in what the people who go and see the movie say about it online . The internet has really replaced the need for proffessional critics .

  6. You never know.
Then you’re even more dim than I originally thought. Due to you already being at the far end of the dim meter, you’ve accomplished an amazing feat! Congrats!!!

  7. couldn’t agree more.
    You never know.
Unfortunately it is unscientific to censor ideas and evidence no matter how bad you think they are. It invokes healthy skeptcism that is at the heart of scienftic inquiry. Maybe these guys are on to something, I better watch this film.
